    We are looking for a digital marketing superstar to develop, implement and manage growth and retention strategies across all digital channels to increase commercial performance, ensure growth in our market share and create brand awareness in Australia, New Zealand and the UK

    What you will be doing!

    ·        Ownership of all digital marketing activities including SEM, paid social, display, affiliates, key partners and SEO 

    ·        Deliver a digital marketing strategy to achieve traffic, revenue and engagement KPIs across ANZ and UK markets

    ·        Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with marketing, creative, retail and e-commerce teams to build & execute customer-centric digital campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendar

    ·        Manage digital agencies to ensure paid media is optimised and achieving targets

    ·        Assess and report on the performance of paid media campaigns and collaborate with the agency on ongoing improvements to ROAS and highlighting any KPI inefficiencies

    ·        Ownership of identifying underperforming areas within digital marketing channels and rectifying these areas

    ·        Work closely with CRM to build out acquisition and retention strategies

    ·        Continually identify organic traffic growth opportunities, ensuring website copy, content, metadata and other key SEO elements are optimised to achieve optimal organic visibility

    ·        Ongoing analysis of consumer and commercial patterns to optimise digital marketing moving forward

    ·        Feedback campaign success from a digital standpoint, utilising insights and providing recommendations for future campaigns

    ·        Ensure new partners are onboarded successfully and a strategy is developed and maintained to drive revenue and audience growth and engagement.

    ·        To educate the wider business on what digital marketing is and how other departments can directly impact results such as buyers, planners and in-store teams

    ·        Strong understanding of forecasting and financial performance and recommend initiatives to further improve across channels.

    Who are you? 

    • 2-4 years’ experience working within a similar role for a retail organisation
    • Experience in working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and Impact (or similar affiliate management platform). 
    • Data and analytics are in your DNA, and you bring insights to life through your search campaigns, affiliate marketing, SEO and paid social planning
    • Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
    • Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for digital
    • Commercial-minded with a focus on ROI who can challenge and influence change
    • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
    • High level of adaptability and flexibility to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment
    • You thrive on ownership and accountability
