We are currently seeking a mature and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the team and at our St Ives location in
As a Strandbags Store Manager you will take charge of all aspects of running your own busy store. Your major focus will be to drive sales by involving, motivating and encouraging all members of your team. You will also be responsible for their recruitment, coaching and performance management. Importantly, you will implement visual merchandising directives to achieve a superior standard of merchandising and store presentation. You will effectively manage stock levels, loss prevention and expenses as well as perform all other administration functions.
To be successful, you will be an energetic and enthusiastic leader, focused on providing exceptional customer service to maximise every sales opportunity. You lead by example and know how to get the best out of your team. You will know how to consistently meet sales targets, while also being highly organised and capable of managing the financial and administrative aspects of running a busy store.
