Returns policy

At Strandbags we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may within 30 days of purchase, exchange or credit your purchase when it is presented in its original and saleable condition.

With a receipt: returned items are refunded at the original purchase price in the original method of payment.

Without a receipt: returned items can be exchanged or a credit note will be issued at the current retail selling price

Returns and exchanges may be made at any Strandbags store.

Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
