Suitcase Construction:

The Frame	Part Steel Construction • An alloy of iron and carbon, and sometimes other elements. • The frame runs down one or two sides of the suitcase to reduce weight whilst maintaining protection and stability.
The Body	1000 Denier Polyester • Woven from polyester thread or yarn, this is a tough mesh fabric coated with molten vinyl (PVC). • This polyester fabric is water resistant, wrinkle resistant, durable and has high colour retention.
The Handle	Full Steel with Push Button Lock • Hollow steel tubing is durable and strong. • The centrally located push button lock allows the suitcase handle to be locked in an up or down position.
The Wheels	Polyurethane In-Line Skate Wheel • Constructed of polypropylene (PP) and polyurethane with ball bearing housing. • Durable and economical, this is the most commonly fitted wheel system on suitcases and luggage.
